To: Xpress Flower Operation Officer I’ve emailed to your company but nobody has responded to my request, I’ve been charged two times for my order of wreath on May 2nd. Only one wreath was sent to Blk 166 Teck Whye Crescent. Please refund $109 to my DBS account soonest possible.

I am not at all happy with the service and experience.. 1st they called me and told me to change the color of folowers as they were not available and then once i received the parcel, the picture on the photo frame was someone else's photo and not the one i uploaded.. i am extremely disappointed as they ruined my surprise!! I am asking for a refund and a sorry note..

I did not know your process and was in a hurry. I got the bill then I google Xpress flower, the first web site pop up with a phone then I paid immediately. Later I realised it is the wrong site. Then I received your official link to pay, so I paid again. I have not been able to get the refund from the wrong guy yet :-(

This is the 2nd and last time I’m ordering from you. The first time I ordered for my mother in April this year, you missed a box of chocolates. Today you send a delivery to my girlfriend and had left out a card and message that I’ve already paid for. This is truly a disappointment and I DEMAND a refund and an explanation!

Ordered a wreath but it came looking different.. Only had 1 type of white flowers when the online pic showed a few other types of purple flowers too. Disappointing, but after feedback their cs team followed up promptly with a replacement wreath, but since cortege left, they offered a partial refund.

The hamper was finally delivered to my brother in law the following day, only after we insisted on a total refund if XpressFlower could not upkeep their promise.

And I'm the sender only got to know about this when your customer service mistakenly called me to look for my friend!!! This is absurd! I want to seek for a refund for this and expect a follow up.
