“I had written an earlier review on a Where"s book I had ordered and received. I noticed when I started to look through the book some of the pages were separating from the binding. I mentioned this in my original review. I was delighted that within days I had received an email from Yappy wanting to replace my book. After I sent them a couple of pictures of the problem, a new book was made and sent to me. The new book is perfect and the customer service department at Yappy is wonderful. They do care! I'm looking forward to ordering more products from Yappy!”

“Bought an apron depicting a spaniel for my friend's birthday. She will not receive it until September but I know she will absolutely love it because it's her spaniel on it.”
