I bought a pack of these bracelets hoping to help family and loved ones connect to God’s word on a daily and convient basis. Im extremely disappointed as the “scriptures” that have come to me are inaccurate. I will look them up on a bible app and they do not match the book and verse. One was perplexing especially when Jesus spoke in Psalms. I have tried for two days to speak with someone at yappy about this but no-one has responded to my messages. This is frustrating and a waste of time and money.

Unfortunately my recent purchase was of a very poor standard. The enamel food bowl chipped the very first use. If I hadn’t spotted it quickly the enamel would have been in my dogs food, which is extremely dangerous. I did complain and sent photographs and you did refund me rather quickly which leads me to believe this is a problem you were aware of and yet still sold the product. Needless to say was very disappointed

Sent me an email after id ordered telling me that the order was still in my basket. So I completed the purchase. Only to find that I now had a duplicate order of a personalised item. Staff at yappy not interested in rectifying situation. Now pursuing this with PayPal.

Very disappointed that a birthday card arrived too late and significantly outside of the delivery timescales - I liaised with customer service who were not helpful. I should have been offered a refund as I was not able to use the card!

Harry didn't get HIS birthday bandana as I was told that 'personalised' didn't mean having his name on, but just the made up picture on the website. I thought this strange as I had ordered one previously for my female dog with her name on. As there isn't a phone number to call, it was hard to get the person to understand on the messaging. Harry is a rescue and is now 12yrs old. It was his first birthday with us and will be his last as he has been diagnosed with cancer so we are on borrowed time.

Flimsy, over priced coasters. I appreciate they're personalised but doubt they'll last a month. Paper-like!

I received my replacement which is now correct. However, not great quality as glue left on the actual board itself.

Terrible service - Told me items were despatched. Never arrived. Reported this and said they’d replace or refund. Requested a replacement. Waited and still no parcel. Chases it and advises new order going out that day. Then gets an email to say delay in production and my order is affected!! Shocking service.

I can see you contacted our customer care team regarding this on 30/10/2023 and we did respond explaining that your items were not lost, and were being held with your local delivery office as Royal Mail were unable to deliver these on 24/10/2023 I have checked the tracking and can see the items are still being held at your local delivery office for collection or redelivery. Whilst the greeting card was good the tie was abysmal. The quality and look of it was like something you'd get in a cheap, tat shop, shiny and oddly textured, looking little like the website, apart from colour. Sadly I didn't read the small print so couldn't return in.
