I ordered an apron from yappy.com and when I received it, I was disappointed with the fit. It didn't fit at all like the model they have on the site. The site's version was clearly on a woman and laid flat on her upper chest. Mine had a big pucker in the front no matter how much I put my shoulders back. It was made for a broad chested man so either they pinned it up in all the right places or it's a different product. When I inquired about the product the yappy team told me I should have measured better, thanked me for my email, and told me she'd pass my feedback along. I'm usually very forgiving when it comes to online ordering but the entire yappy experience was unpleasant. It's too bad - they have some cute products but who knows if you'll actually receive what you see on the website. And if you are unsatisfied - sorry bout ya.

Very disappointed as my order was cancelled after it had been ordered for a week unable to get with another supplier in time for Xmas. Wont use yappy again

As advised in our email, the phone cases we had in stock were of poor quality and we did not want to send out sub par items to our valued customers. We felt the best course of action in this scenario was to cancel the order and process full refunds. I have had a look into this for you and can see Royal Mail did attempt delivery 14/12 however, there was no one in to collect the parcel. Material felt very cheap. My dog kept trying to take the bandana off due to the label on the inside. Swiftly binned.

Very disappointed. Arrived without personalising on. Prudence was not on the apron. Christmas gift ruined.

No sorry the bandanas were far too long can’t wear them not even turned up looses his name and tie pic then we needed that size for his neck he’s only a shihtzu far too big touched floor on him

Very pleased with the quality and delivery of the products ordered. Griff is happy that his lead and collar are now hanging in a pride of place and Griff's dad is enjoying his cuppa out of a Griff mug
