I’ve previously been happy with other products, sadly I was underwhelmed with the socks ordered. Delivery times were poor (aware in was Xmas, but worse than other companies used!) No dispatch notification and item was just, β€˜meh’ … likes in the socks. Didn’t bother to report, which is my own fault. Just a little unimpressed.

We got sent the wrong order. The team rectified it but it was a Christmas gift so it was quite a surprise when he opened the gift to find dog shampoo when we have a cat

The products are great but sadly the personalised card took over 10 days to arrive via Royal Mail and so was not here in time Yappy were great and refunded me without issue but i was very disappointed

Quite expensive and the postage rises as you add items . The items l bought are gifts and the recipients have not had them yet .

My order was late. I contacted customer services after the latest date at which it should have been dispatched. They were unable to provide an update on the status of my order & simply said they would pass on a message to the manufacturer. When the book arrived, the dog’s name was spelt correctly on the front & in some places inside the book but incorrectly spelt in other places. A shame, as it would have been a nice book (and gift) otherwise.

I gave Tino his ibone and stupidly didn't check it before he picked it. Tino's a bit annoyed because he thought he was sending a card to Marvyn not Marvyn being the dogtor . As his mum I think that it was very badly worded.

Disappointed! Order a card and gift wrap on Tuesday. E mail said 2/3 days and 4 days on and no delivery. Not a lot of good next week when the birthday is tomorrow, Sunday.

The bowl look lovely however I’m very disappointed in the quality. All bowls have been hand washed and already the white on the bowl and the black silhouette have started to peel after only a week of using them

Nice items but misleading advertising...my item not personalised as stated...just a picture anybody could chose noname on product..

Hi Belinda, I can see that the items you have ordered do not come personalised with a name, and do only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your pet's name as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their name. The Owner of Lenny that the book was bought for is 3 yrs. old. Therefore it was hopeless giving it to him. Do you look for the whole dog or just the front-on picture? Great-Granny & Granddad has spent a lot of tme looking for Lenny but have been unable to locate him anywhere.

Hi a few of the things I have ordered have not been the same as the website the key rings hqve not had the dogs pics ok only the writing and the letters on the rocco neck tie was so close together it look strange just wanted to give some feedback thanks Rachel

Happy enough with the gift we bought, but fed up with being inundated by follow-up emails demanding reviews and offering more and more products. Puts me off using the company again.
