the personalised cushion came instead of saying C A R L A AS I REQUESTED it reads /CARLA\ WHICH IS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED I COMMENTED BEFORE BY TELEPHONE ABOUT REPLACING IT WITHH EXACT WORDING C A R L A NOTHING was done and I got NO REPLY AT ALL so i ask am i entitled to a refund or compensation? I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE

Love the website. Bought an iPhone 11 case. Looked awesome and was delivered very quickly but was very difficult to fit on the phone and lasted a day before it split at the corners. Would still order from them again though as there’s a lot to love

We do mention this within the product description for the card and this is also shown on the picture previews we provide. I have ordered twice from Yappy now. The product quality is excellent and I’ve been very impressed. However, both times I have had to contact customer services because my order has been wrong. This has been quickly resolved but I’d prefer to have been sent the correct items in the first place!

I can see at the time of ordering, we advised that you should allow 3 business days for your items to be created and a further 48 working hours for delivery. Your order was shipped on the 3rd working day and was delivered 24 working hours later. Hi there, you replied to my review about not being able to find 'Bonnie'. I would really appreciate a cheat sheet. I bought the book for my mum who is 80 and housebound. The Bib was lovely but it fitted her around the neck but is too long for her so she cant wear it. The material it is made of is a bit stiff.

We do include a size guide along with the measurements for our bandana's so our customers can make informed decisions before purchasing. I do apologise if this was missed when the order was placed. When bandana's are a little big for pooches, we do recommend rolling the fabric down. This was you can amend the size with our compromising on the comfort for your dog. The towel wasn’t as good a quality as I had hoped. The tin lid didn’t seal properly. I loved the designs and delivery was fast with no problems.

Disappointed that the calendar pictures were exactly the same as last year. I certainly will not be ordering another one next year unless the pictures are different.

Loved the quality of the paper unfortunately one of my paper's was misprinted , was delt with prompt, could not be replaced because of Christmas delivery So one doggie wasn't happy
