“Lovely gift ideas for pet lovers. The delivery of the item was reasonable, especially before Christmas and during a pandemic. Communication-wise there is some room for improvement, I only knew my item was dispatched because I checked it in my account. Other companies send updates, which is better customer experience. The clock I ordered looks cute, but the quality is poor. The hour and minute hands keep blocking each other, so unless we keep adjusting them, the clock can’t be used to keep time.”

“We love the personalised products from you guys however please get better treats for advent calendars and such. Our Theodor didn’t eat them at all which defeated the object of the advent calendar. They are cheap biscuits. Otherwise good quality products.”

“The books are good, and it's a novel idea, but I think they're expensive for what they are, and the postage cost was too high for what is actually a very thin book.”

Each page is packed with lots of intricate images and the book is personalised for your dog. As such, we do believe the book is priced accordingly. “The book was fine, but unless you have a dog with very distinctive markings I would say it is really difficult to find an all black, or all brown dog. I would not buy again.”

“Whilst it’s a nice gift, I was disappointed that the bag wasn’t deeper and the handles a bit shorter. Dogs have a lot of stuff when you include leads and harnesses and a deeper bag would be more useful.”

“Wasn’t as good as the first book. The pages didn’t seem as full and the dog was really easy to spot. My little boy was left a bit disappointed. Seems quite pricey for a paper back book too”

“I purchased four items and two of them were slightly damaged! The popcorn tin was dinted around the lid and the shampoo had a sticky film on the side of the bottle I had to carefully peel off. I cant understand how something is despatched looking like this, its very clearly visible and the box it all arrived in wasn't damaged at all. Only the second time ordering and has slightly put me off!!”

“I bought 2 soft back books. Nice idea and my grandchildren loved it. It came quickly. I was a bit underwhelmed with the quality of the front cover for the price, but for the novelty it’s a nice present.”
