“Very adorable handkerchief. My only complaint is the type of woven material it’s made from gets pulls all over it and looks haggard after a few wears”

“Using Yappy to shop online was good fun: there are a lot of interesting items to peruse. Irrespective of quality, my purchases were chosen to amuse my wife and in the main, I think they'll achieve this aim. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the personalised keyring. The reproduced photograph has a yellowish tint and the metal feels and looks very cheap.”

“Mostly happy happy with how the product turned out, but it still took too long to get each of the 6 items ordered in the same purchase. I get coronavirus delays, but it was still way too long and they all came separately, several days apart from each other. All the items were a gift for someone, so I barely had time to put everything all together before the intended day of the gift.”

“Thankyou for the opportunity to review this treat tin , I personally feel it would be a lot better if it was vacuumed sealed.. love the tin feel, and also the retro colours and obviously the hook is it’s all about the personalisation 👌”

“I gave it a three because it was quite large for a Jack Russell Terrier. They, at best, are about 17 lbs or less. Pay close attention to the dimensions before purchasing. I did not, which was my fault; and it was way too big. But the quality and cuteness of it was adorable.”

“Covering is cute but the stuffing is extremely cheap. Luckily, the cover has a zipper because I have purchased a better stuffing for the pillow which my dog enjoys better. Before, she was constantly tehowing the pillow on the floor and didnt want to sleep with it.”

“When I ordered this item I thought it was suppose to have her name on it, but it did not. Also the clasp seems very large, like it would be uncomfortable for my dog when wearing it. The colors of the collar was nice and bright. I will not order another collar from here.”

“I purchased a few different items from yappy.com-the quality was excellent and at a really good price, the choice is fantastic & personalised to your dog/cat-delivery times are super quick too, very impressed. My only reservation were the bandanas I ordered for both my dogs-they’re huge & more like super hero capes but my boo for not checking the measurements before ordering. I will definitely order from them again.”

“When I asked if goods would arrive on time I was given what appeared a computer generated reply. Goods were very expensive and quite frankly a disappoint. I will think twice before ordering again. 😥”

We do advise at the time of ordering that you should allow 3 - 5 business days for your items to be created and a further 48 business hours for delivery however, we do state that this could be longer due to the current pandemic affecting delivery times.
