“Good quality card but a delay in dispatch - may have been due to current Covid problems. No message inside the card re Father's Day - might have been my error in not understanding instructions Like the wrapping paper”

I have had a look into this for you and can see you were advised when ordering that you should allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be created ready for dispatch. Your items were shipped on the 4th working day and delivered within 48 working hours. I can only apologise if the time frames were missed when placing your order and this left you feeling as though there was a delay. I'm afraid our cards do not come with messages inside and we do leave them blank for personalisation. This is within our Product Description and shown on the picture previews we provide. “Two out of the three cards were amazing and received a lot of positive comments. However, I had to email customer services because the third card didn’t come personalised, even though I was asked when placing the order for my dogs name. After umpteen emails and zero apology I was finally told that the card didn’t come personalised which did annoy me as why ask for my dogs name when placing the order? Also, I would have chosen a different card if I had of known this. It might be a good idea to make this clear on your website when ordering. Would I order again from Yappy.com? I’m not sure as I don’t feel my complaint was dealt with in a fair way.”

We ask our customers to enter their dogs name when setting up their profile so we can create a more personalised shopping experience and so our customers can see what our products that are personalised with name will look like. We do mention within the product description for the card you have chosen that this does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. We also show this on the picture previews that we provide on the product page. I can only apologise if this was missed when placing your order and has left you feeling disappointed. “I purchased this as a gift and as you asked for the Dogs name I thought this was going to be put on the tie or a note in the box. There was anything and I was a bit disappointed to be honest. The tie is lovely. L”

I have looked into this, and can see the particular apron design you selected does only come personalised with your chosen icon, and does not include your dog's name as part of the design.
