I ordered a card for father's day off our dog, the ordering was simple and stress free. It was delivered quickly too however, the colours on the site aren't as true as the actual card. I ordered a brown and white spaniel, however, received a black and grey spaniel.

The card was great quality but for the snack box I feel like was small for the price (own fault I didn’t check measurements if there is) and also the delivery charge I feel is a bit steep should have different options.

We do provide measurements for the treat tins, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We do only offer the one delivery option of Royal mail Tracked 24 to ensure orders arrive safely, and so we can track them should anything go wrong. Strap should be longer, Velcro didn’t match, style not quite right but love the ruby design as usual

I purchased the dog collor but at he moment it's a bit chunky for him as hes only 19 weeks I'm sure when hes fully grown it will be better for him.

The biscuits were great, easy recipe to follow and Ted loved them. The cutter was also great. Unfortunately, the tin was slightly scuffed, possibly from being transported? Which is a shame because otherwise it’s a lovely tin

Sadly dog didn't like them as very bland compared to human crisps which he likes . Presentation brilliant and very fresh

Unfortunately this bag is too small for my needs. Like most dog walkers I have treats, poo bags, tissues, hand gel, phones. The bag doesn’t have separate compartments and the flap is cumbersome. Not value for money at all I’m afraid.

Delivery time was too long. Waited till after my partners birthday to receive the gifts even though estimated delivery was before hence why I ordered. Then to get told we’ll it states this in tiny weeny print! Nice items though 👍🏾

I can see your order was placed on 13/05 and left us on 22/05, meaning this was produced within the production timescales stated at the time your order was placed. We do advise to allow 48 working hours plus a few extra days for orders to arrive due to the delays Royal Mail are currently experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I can see this was delivered for you on 26/05. I was pleased with the product and the delivery, the only thing was the punctuation was incorrect. It said Otis’s Walkies bag instead of Otis’ Walkies Bag.
