The cards were very good quality, but I was disappointed with the wrapping paper. Where the paper was folded there were white lines. I would not recommend the wrapping paper.

Hi Julie Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am disappointed that it wasn't a 5* experience for you! I can see that when your order was placed we did advise that it would be shipped by the 20th December, and we did meet this expectation for you. We did receive an unprecedented amount of orders in the run up to Christmas and as such had to increase our turnaround time to avoid disappointment. Love the concept and think the dog personalisation is fantastic and cute. Sadly my first order was a complete muck up. I have been in contact and customer service is brilliant and has rectified my issue but I’ve had to pay for 2 delivery charges which are actually quite expensive. These items were all gifts I don’t even have a dog so it let her down as well as myself. She has ordered from you and had no issues so it’s just been bad luck on my side maybe. On the plus side what I did order was brilliant and as expected very good quality

Its great for personalisation products I just wish I could personalise dogs profile more as some dogs have pink noses, different coloured eyes etc that would make it better . I did email asking for this but was told it wasn’t possible so have only got one dog on it for that reason .

Product idea fantastic but quality poor. I’m sure I could have complained but it was too close to Christmas. Inside cover was glued in wrong so it didn’t open properly. Despite this it was humorous and good value for money.

The bandana was ok but not for the price payed. Could have bought material much cheaper and made my self, not impressed

Products are great (if a little pricey) but i received the product after the advertised delivery date (and it wasn't actually dispatched until after the advertised delivery date) which was very disappointing and meant it didn't arrive in time for a family christmas get together and i had to send on by post at extra cost.

I ordered gift wrap. My daughter loves Corgis and was delighted that the wrap was covered in them. I felt that the quality was good but a little expensive.

It took a little while for my order to be delivered but when it came i was very happy with the Santa sack, very good quality. The bandana I was a bit disappointed with in the it was literally a triangle piece of material. There was no hemmed over or e so that I could attach it to his collar so it is just a case of tieing it on. Though again the material is good quality. All in all I was pretty happy and would use the site again. Thank you.

Very good quality book. Although I struggled to find my Boston. Pictures are too small. Too much concentration for children so get bored quickly.

Whilst all the items we have received from Yappy have been excellent the delivery times are poor. We ordered items on three separate occasions and have had to wait up to 9 days to receive them. One was for a birthday gift which ordered in plenty of time but did not arrive in time for the recipients birthday. Especially when you pay a delivery charge you expect quicker delivery times. That is the only thing I think could be improved upon, delivery times. Also it would be useful if an email could be sent to notify when an order has been dispatched as all you get is an initial order confirmation but no further order updates.
