The goods purchased were given as Christmas presents and were very well received but I found that the actual ordering was poor. There was no confirmation of the order so I had to email to find this out. I note that one of the questions below regards timing of delivery as I wasn’t informed when this was likely to occur I cannot give a reply.

Most of the products I purchased were amazing and were loved by our dogs (The Christmas treats were discovered and opened before Christmas morning!). However, I was disappointed with the quality of the apron. This was my favourite item and I got it because the design, colours, and text were just fantastic. However, the apron is quite oversized - even for taller people - and the ribbons are quite flimsy. I have considered sending the item back but I just loved the print too much. I don't think white is the best colour for an apron, the ribbons will end up looking like spaghetti within a week. I have removed and replaced the ribbons myself for better quality adjustable straps with snap buttons.

Communication during purchase was none existent, email confirmation of order was very very slow made me think I had been scammed, as far as product is concerned as on the tin.

I was happy with the calendar on the whole but the ink on the lettering on the cover did not print properly which spoilt it a little. I think it must have been rushed and not checked

Products were nice but the printing on both items I ordered was faint as if it was really old or had been left in the sun. All in all, they made for good presents but the quality could have been better.

I don't know what was the point of telling you dog's name and colour etc if none of that was going to be featured in the design? It was a nice notebook but expected more personalisation from the details provided. I thought it would have dog's name on little collar or something. Nice quality book though.

We ask our customers to create a profile for their dogs so we can create a shop that is personalised just for them. This way you can see how are products look with your chosen icon/silhouette/name dependant on the design. I have had a look into your order and can see the notebook your ordered does come personalised with your chosen silhouette only, this is mention in the product description as well as in the photos of the item. Lovely products however my pooches advent calendar came with mostly broken biscuits so unable to use. Wouldnt buy that product again. The books and personalised sack were great though would recommend them.

Excellent product but disappointed with the size, so was unusable. I stated my boy was a Japanese Akita (for the photo on the bandana) so you would think they would make one to fit an Akita, but I would have struggled to fasten it around the neck of a dog half his size.

I was really pleased with the book and it was very well received, however with the mistake at the warehouse etc and the elongated delivery time I can only award 3 stars. Had it been a smooth op I would have willingly gen 5 stars. THis wouldn't necessarily stop me from ordering again.

Loved the image on the bandana but it is far too big. Even rolling over the top it is still too big. I would lose the image if I made it small enough.

The items were great and good quality but the birthday neckerchief came after his birthday so he couldn’t wear it. I did email the company to say time was short and could they trace it but no one replied to me. So good products, not so good customer experience

I have ordered 3 items. A mug, tea towel and key ring. The tea towel and mug was good but I was really disappointed with the quality of the key ring and it’s print. I did email my feed back but have not yet had a reply, I suspect due to the festive break.

The book was ok, a bit disappointing when I opened it up to realise there was no story but I believe it went down well with my 11 year old granddaughter at Christmas.

Lovely book but the only thing you are limited to the dogs characteristics and can only choose a face so "oreo" didn't really look like "oreo"

Great idea, everyone loves their bags I bought for them, but I was a little disappointed in the quality, they need to be firmer material, to stand being taken in and out of cars etc
