I ordered a card and a bandana for my dogs birthday the card arrived in good time but the bandana didn’t, I was a bit disappointed ☹️

Hi Catherine, Thank you for coming to leave this review for us, we really appreciate it. I am sorry that you feel as though your bandana did not come in good time - I have had a look into this for you and can see your order was initially placed on the 11/07, your bandana was despatched 15/07 and delivered 16/07. We do advise on our site that all personalised items can take up to 72 working hours to create ready for despatch and delivery can take up to 48 working hours. Your bandana was shipped early and received within 24 hours which is exceeds the expectations we set on our website. Loved the cards and key ring that I purchased, however was disappointed with the clock, the insert inside was just cardboard and was wrinkled and creased. I had to try and rectify it myself and is still not perfect. :(

Excellent quality dog bed but disappointed with bandana as was an uncomfortable material for Bear to wear

I ordered a mug and a key ring, the mug was fine but I was disappointed with the key ring as picture was much smaller than advertised & I wasnt expecting it to be plastic & it fell out immediately.

The bed was lovely, rather big. But there was too much padding put inside even my large weight would not put a dent in it, so impossible for a miniature schnauzer. I had to rip it open and remove half the stuffing which filled a large black dustbin bag tightly and it just about allows more comfiness for my little dog bless him.

The products are great BUT the packaging needs a total look at. You cannot send a squashable item in a bit of bubble wrap and a plastic envelope - it will get squashed!! A refund was given but what a waste of what is a great product for the sake of putting it in a box...

Ordered a few bits for Christmas notebook tea towel and a clock which was damaged on arrival , the clock was replaced quickly however the new clock is now not working properly so I am questioning the quality ?

I placed an order by mistake and there is nothing to delete an order apart from the return and reorder i must add that what I have before that Iis excellent x
