Great contact regarding the whereabouts of the product ordered. However I was disappointed one part of the order arrived too late when I ordered way ahead of tine. Other family members who ordered later than me had all of there’s arrive with time to spare. I understand there was an issue in production though it was just disappointing as it was a product that can only really be used around his birthday.

Ordered collar and lead for miniature schnauzer so presumed the size would be suited to a small dog. Unfortunately the collar is designed for a much larger breed. Fabulous quality but not much point in asking dog breed if it’s “one size fits all”

Would have been a higher rating if it wasn't for the amount of wrapping paper you get for £3.99. Wasn't enough to wrap 2 small presents.

Bit disappointed as the advert looked as if was personalised even asked name of dog but was only a picture of a beagle that was on it

Fabulous card and it came really quickly - BUT it didn’t come with an envelope to post to my friend. I was very disappointed! All the other online card providers always send an envelope. I was very disappointed

The colour was deceiving which was a shame as it wasn’t the colour that the picture on the Yappy sight showed, it is more a green than a chocolate colour, other than that it’s a nice cushion.

Bought a book told me to enter the dogs name and its come blank. Not sure what that was about. Nice book but be better with dogs names on. Which I thought it did.

Whilst we do not send out dispatch notifications as of yet, you are able to track the progress of your order within your online account with us. Within your account, you can see when your order has been shipped, and track your order if applicable. Additionally, we do set clear delivery expectations on the website when ordering, so I can only apologise if these were missed. I can see you ordered one of our personalised greeting cards; these are sent via Royal Mail standard first class post and as such we cannot provide tracking information on these. Buying process was excellent. Putchased a bandana for shih tzu dog following the size guide. However the product was huge and far too big for the dog

Bit of a faff with the clock I ordered. First 2 were damaged - the background was scratched on both. Third one arrived but had to take apart as the clock mechanism’s hands got stuck in each other. I do love the clock though and I’m glad I persevered with getting a replacement. Whilst there are some issues with the quality of the finish and quality assuring products before despatch, the customer service has been excellent. The ‘pawsome’ punning wears thin when trying to resolve an issue but the efficiency and promptness in communication are refreshingly good, doing much to restore confidence in the company.

Ordering was easy and delivery prompt. My only issue is that I’d ordered the apron for my daughter-in-law who isn’t that tall and I think it’s going to be really long on her. Could do with a choice of sizes really.

This did not arrive in time as the system allowed an incomplete address to be added to the system, I have never had this problem with any other online purchase.

I have looked into this and can see that an incomplete address was entered when the order was placed via ApplePay. This incomplete address would have been reflected on your order confirmation, and in your online account. As we did not receive further communication from you to amend this, your order was shipped to the incomplete address and subsequently returned to our head office as Royal Mail were unable to deliver this. We did resend your item out to you on 7th January to the correct address as this was returned to us over the festive period. All items were good apart from the bandana which was way too big for a chihuahua. You need to do smaller sizes for little dogs.
