The product is fantastic. The delivery I still to this day can't wrap my head around. The website for the entirety of the Christmas period said all orders would be dispatched by the 20th December. Having placed my order on the 5th I was expecting to have it a long time before then. When I queried its location on the 19th I was able to alter it's delivery address which suggests the product was sat waiting but hadn't been sent... why?

Hi Adam, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us, we really appreciate your feedback. Due to the large volume of orders we received in the run up to Christmas, we did amend our expected delivery time scale. This was so we could set the expectation for our customers and to give our Production Team a chance to create each order. If one of our customers get in touch with us before their item has shipped, we are able to amend the address on our system so that when the label is produced, the new address will be present. If the order has already been packed and labelled, we would be unable to do so. As such, when you did contact us on the 19/12, your order was still in production and we were able to update the address for you. I am really sorry that this has caused you some confusion however, I hope I have been able to clear this up. Loved the 'where's Skye?' book. Didn't think much of the neckerchief - too small. Didn't open the package with the mug until Christmas morning and it was the wrong one. The replacement is nice but it's after the event so can't be a real replacement. Still 'Susie Rules' has become a family joke so not all bad.

The product was great however our delivery was delayed by around 5 days, meaning it missed the date we required it for!

The product was great but it was so delayed it missed Christmas, despite having ordered it weeks before. There were no updates on expected delivery.

I could not give the book to my granddaughter because Ralph’s was a Lasa Apso and the book was written as the cockapoo times. Very disappointed as I had emailed the company and sent photos (and had a very nice reply) to the effect that none of the pictures matched Ralphy’s colour as he was grey. The man said pick another dog from a different breed. I did but I thought that was for the colour match. The book I got was a jet black cockapoo. As Ralphy had passed away I didn’t want to upset her so didn’t give it to her. The book itself is excellent in value, but not for me.

We do have a selection of icons available for each breed and we do show what the end product will look like on our website, this is so our customers can decide if the item is the right choice for them. If you feel that none of the icons are a suitable match for your dog, we do have the option for you to send in a picture of your pooch so we can pass this over to our designers and have a new icon created for you. good service but the books were smaller than i imagined,,, not the usual where's wally size. i realise it was probably in the small print. Just not as good as I expected for the price.

The cards I bought from yappy.com were good quality, lots of designs to choose from and recipients liked them. The postage cost was a little expensive. The wrapping paper was good but a bit small. Also my items were delivered separately.

The where’s dog book is a great idea but we found it so difficult to find the dog. We were basing it on the where’s wally books but at least you could find him.

Half my goods arrived and were great. The other half did not arrive and I was eventually told that it had been lost by the delivery company. A refund was issued for the lost items.

Item took ages to arrive, i emailed querying this and they gave me info & tracking for someone elses order. As this was my first time shopping with them it has put me off as was just too much hassle.

Not as good as I had hoped. Thought more would have been made of dogs name which is why I bought them for two dogs

The books were a good bit of fun and well made. Also bought a bed and in honesty that is too thick and the material is tough but not very comfortable. Expensive for what it was but overall a good idea and fun
