“I was disappointed that I couldn't get a dad card that I could put a photo on. You have them for mum, grandad and grandma but not dad”

“It’s lovely, and I’m pleased with it, however it’s not as advertised, on the picture shown, it has 2 very clear lengthened parts to tie with that protrude from the bandanna, the one I got is more like a scout neckerchief, just one big triangle you have to roll up which makes it slightly awkward to tie. But it’s still cute I guess. At least I know what to expect should I order again.”

“Product is great, but sadly the communication around the production delay was particularly disappointing. I missed the special date for my great nieces and could have substituted with something else if your communication had been quicker.”

“Good service and prompt delivery as usual, however I am a little disappointed with one of the personalised products ordered though. One of the letters of name on bowl looks smudged , so can’t imagine it’s been checked over before sending to me. Will probably keep it, but disappointed never the less”

“The original book came with pages being assembled incorrectly. After reaching out via email, the problem was corrected and a new book was mailed to me at no charge.”

“We were disappointed that we bought large masks but they didn’t really fit well. Both of us are slim faced so the purchase is now redundant. Sorry Yappy...you normally rock but a big fat disappointment.”

“Masks are beautiful But found them too big for my face .the filter doesn't stay put very well . They are quite expensive but this didn't put me off because the masks are very nice”

“The books find Isla and find Oreo that I bought were very obscure pictures of dogs so no-one new which black dog is which so the books did not fulfil expectations. Sorry but would not recommend these books”

“Cute little tin for doggie treats. A lovely gift for any dog lover. I loved the tin, but, unfortunately the scribe on the tin was slightly damaged upon receipt. I did not have time to exchange/return as it was a gift for my god daughters birthday, as I say the damage was very slight but enough to notice. Also, the lid did not fit. Apart from these two faults, a lovely 5* gift.”

“In the photo the material looks like soft cotton but the actually very stiff and rough. I was not very happy with it. The print was nice quality and so cute.”

“My 2.5 year old loves it!! Personally I think if you could upload a photo of your own dog and look for that , which is what I expected , it would be million times better. But still very entertaining”
