We love the "scarves" that we bought for Darcy, but can't get a review from her as we haven't been able to visit her due to lockdown, so she's still waiting for her Christmas present... :(

Unfortunately my order was misplaced so our puppy’s first Christmas presents and presents for his child brothers and sisters didn’t arrive for Christmas! That aside the quality of the products is fab and they are lovely definitely made the recipients smile and smile and smile!

The mug I ordered was very good the bandana was of poor quality, delivery time very poor.

The order was so delayed that i missed the kast posting dates for Christnas. Some of tge gidts i sent on to italy have yet to arrive I was kept informed initially then silence.

Unfortunately, in the run up to Christmas we did experience delays due to the sheer volume of orders we received. Our Production team could not provide specific dates for dispatch however, they along with our customer care team did try their best to have all orders shipped as quickly as possible. I bought an apron for my sister for Christmas and was disappointed when I received it, from your advert I assumed it would have a golden Labrador logo with Milly’s name over the top but no name at all. The e-mails sent to me today show a large number of items with Milly on them so I cannot understand why my purchase did not have the name on.

I'm afraid this item does not come personalised with name and only features the icon chosen when creating your pooch. This is shown on our website and also on your order confirmation email. When our customers create accounts with us, we do ask you to input the dogs name so we can create more personalised shopping experience and also so our customers can see what products will look like that are personalised with name. As we have a completely black dog the photo was particularly hard to find, and the sharpness of the photo of the dog wasn’t great against the backgrounds.

The idea is great. But the quality of print needs work. I ordered a softback book the print could have been much much clearer. The outlines were not sharp. It was a fun gift but disappointed in the finish. The book was sent in a cardboard envelope which caused the corners to be worn off a little. Its been rewrapped and given as a Christmas gift so I cannot attach images. As I recived the email to review some time after I recived the product.

Was delighted with the product Where is Garfield book that was a Christmas present for my daughter and son -in-law. I did not open the book when I received it and wrapped it. When my daughter opened the book to look for Garfield, the pages fell out which was disappointing given it was not a cheap product. I shall be emailing Yappy with pictures of the pages that have fallen out.

I bought a personalised Christmas sack, and was disappointed at how small it was when it arrived. Not good value for money in my opinion. Too small to get much in.
