Dissapppinted with quality. Had previously seen the paperback version but thought I’d pay extra for hardback and it would be the same but stronger. Not the case.

Loved my Yappy products! Sadly my dog Maisie passed away about a week after I made my order :( Because of this I unsubscribed from your emails. It would be nice to make the unsubscribe functionality easier and when someone is unsubscribed, avoid sending them another email asking for a review incase the reason they unsubscribed is sensitive.

Good range of designs - my friend loved the blue merle collie brightly coloured mugs and coasters. Said the mug was a good size too. On the downside, I couldn't find a "gift" option (maybe I missed it) so had to send as is and found the site navigation and seemingly having to create a dog profile annoying. Most frustratingly though, I 100% declined marketing emails I now receive regular spam from them. I don't even have a dog.

Disappointed with treats I ordered at Christmas as only had a month’s date on them have just gone to open them and had to throw away.

The mug has become badly tea stained after only a few uses. I've treated it like any other mug, putting it through dishwasher on the same day it was used.

Excellent USP of personalising products and the quality of goods is good, however part of my order did not arrive until Christmas Eve after chasing up and was too late for the purpose of what it was bought for! Disappointed in that at my request to cancel was ignored and goods arrived that I now have no use for

Your sizing is very small so unfortunately even tho the hoodie was lovely my daughter can not wear it

Product was good however I keep getting emails asking if pebbles enjoyed his gift. He died before he could be given it. Please stop tormenting me

We love the tea towel and cards, however the toy lasted for only a day, which is unusual, as Rocco’s doesn’t normally destroy his toys.

Delivery and service excellent but disappointed with the book if I’m honest as pics not that good in respect of breed type so you can spot your pet, I probably expected too much though

Product great, make sure you don't subscribe to emails as you'll be bombarded daily, I've even clicked unsubscribe and gone through the motions and I still get emails. So generally product is great but reputation ruined by email spam.

Quite expensive for what it is. Bought a bandana for a small jack russell and its too small to tie around so I need to sew it to his collar. Image is printed onto the fabric and the cut around the edges is very jagged and not a great finish. Fun item but I wont be buying anymore.

Both the aprons I ordered arrived without the names of the dogs the aprons were good quality but very dissatisfied that the names of the dogs were left out
