“Products that I have bought are original and really good. I will definitely buy more products from yappy.com. Given three stars as delivery times are terrible. Definitely not the place to buy as last minute gift as it will not arrive in time.”

“The website, service, product and delivery were all exceptional. The volume of marketing emails since purchasing is excessive, and still appear to be being sent even after opting out of the mailer after being inundated. I would absolutely use Yappy again, but the unnecessary amount of marketing emails is off putting against an otherwise brilliant product”

“Adorable Harry Potter dog bandana - however, the sizing was very strage. I ordered the bigger size for our cockapoo, using the measurements as a guideline but it was huge! It would have been fine if I could have folded/rolled it like other bandanas, but if I did that with this one, I would lose half of the image. I contacted Yappy and they kindly sent me a replacement smaller size, which was the perfect depth but not long enough to tie around his neck! So I won't be ordering any more bandanas as the proportions seem very strange and we have never had trouble with all of the other bandanas I have bought online”

“Really nice idea, but I was disappointed with the tote bag. For £28 it was small and flimsy with flimsy thin straps. It didn't compare by half with a £12.50 tote bag I bought in a boutique, which is bigger, thicker and robust with rope straps. I understand the customising comes at a cost and factored that in to my expectation, but I was really underwhelmed by the quality of the product itself.”
