My two dogs wouldn’t touch these biscuits and the label on the tin had air bubbles in it and wasn’t stuck on properly. Totally overpriced for what you get.

I never received the card I ordered. I purchased it along with a mug, but the mug was the only item that came. I reached out to customer service weeks ago and never heard back. Very disappointed.

I ordered a gift for a birthday and it arrived very late in fact it missed the birthday by over 2.5 weeks so it spoilt it.

Whispa us a guide dog in training whom I puppy walked. The cards came so Kate they could not be sent and went in bin 😢

I never received this part of my order, tried to contact Yappy few times and didn’t get any response. I was charged for it, but didn’t receive it. Very disappointed.

I never received my cards, apparently they where returned. My daughter did not receive her cards either at a completely different address

Items didn't turn up until 2 days after Fathers day, only realised this was a possibility after I had paid. I would not have ordered if I knew before hand.

I never received my card. Apparently because I used Apple Pay my address was incomplete even though I’ve never had problems before. Disappointed as this was for Father’s Day

The hands of the clock were bent and got in the way of each other so they stuck. I reported this and had a replacement sent out very quickly. This worked for two days and has now also stopped. Very disappointed.

I am not sure if this is the best way to contact. Our clock stops working when it is hanging. We have tried with several sets of batteries, including new ones we bought yesterday. It works fine when lying flat but when on the wall, after a couple of hours, it stops. Can we have a refund or a replacement?
