The hands of the clock were bent and got in the way of each other so they stuck. I reported this and had a replacement sent out very quickly. This worked for two days and has now also stopped. Very disappointed.

I am not sure if this is the best way to contact. Our clock stops working when it is hanging. We have tried with several sets of batteries, including new ones we bought yesterday. It works fine when lying flat but when on the wall, after a couple of hours, it stops. Can we have a refund or a replacement?

I ordered a birthday bandana for my pups birthday. The material was good, and design came out as seen online. However, I’m glad I ordered it so early trying to prep everything for her party. The website says it only takes about up to 5 business days, but it took a month for my order to come in. They have no contact to call about orders, I tried emailing them after 10 days, and no one responded. I spent a few more days trying to email them, and still no response. I ended up getting caught up in work and didn’t have the time to call my bank; I was planning to call to get my money back thinking it was never coming in. And E V E N T U A L L Y, it came.😒

Dear Chloe Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't a positive one. I can see you should have been advised when ordering that your bandana would be personalised and dispatched within 3-5 business days, and then to allow a further 8 business days for delivery due to the current postal delays caused by the pandemic. I can see your order was placed on 11/05 and delivered on 29/05, so this was delivered just 1 business day out of the advised time scales. I do apologise for this. I am concerned to hear you could not get in touch with us. Sadly I cannot locate any email from you - so if you could let us know which email address you were trying to contact us at then I can look into this further for you. Very misleading with the “personalised” mug. All personalised items I have bought from other suppliers means you put a name or text on the item. You asked for a name, which I gave, and yet no name appeared on the mug. Why ask for a name, if you don’t add it on? By asking for a name, you give a false impression. We were ever so disappointed...it just looked like we’d gone to a shop or supermarket and picked up a mug, rather than making all the effort to find something personal, and showing we took time and care in finding a gift just for them. I won’t buy from you again

I can confirm this mug is from our personalised collection, however it is personalised with your chosen icon only. This is reflected in the product preview images and is also stated within the product description, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We do ask for your dog's name during the ordering process to tailor the shopping experience to you, and so that any products that do include the name as part of the personalisation are displayed on our website accurately. I’m sorry I didn’t like this, it has a Velcro front flap which is removable and I felt made the item look cheap, I would have returned it if I could have

Although it was well made, it was too short to tie around his neck comfortably and the point to the front too long he tripped up on it and it banged into his knees. He is a mini dachshund The medium one was far too big I could use it as a headscarf Both in the bin

Was very disappointed with our bone cake. It arrived too late , was rock hard and had to be broken with a hammer. Not worth the wait. One upset puppy !

Poor service, arrived 3 days after Birthday. Taking into account the advertised lead times with additional time for corona crisis there should have been ample time for delivery. The card was still showing as in "production" 7 days after order.

I got the clock for my mum. It was her birthday. It took ages to get here. Every day I waited to see that man that brings us stuff but it just didn’t come for long time. When it did arrive I was very excited. I bounced around and around. When my mum opened it she loved it. She thought it was funny that I would ever let her forget to feed me. She hung it on the wall but she said something about the hands being stuck. I thort it was only humans that had hands. I’m confused. Then mum took the clock apart did a bit of magic and then she seemed happy. It seemed an awful lot of fuss really that is why I saying service “paw”

Bandana was waaay too big, to show all the print it was dragging on the floor and tripping her up, roll it up so it fits and you can't see any design. Design needs to be much smaller,can't really use it.

I can see that you were in contact with us regarding this, and as previously advised your order was shipped from our facility on 7th February, and as such should have arrived with you in time for Valentines Day. I am deeply sorry that this did not arrive, and we are investigating this further with Royal Mail. I can see our customer care manager has emailed you directly confirming you have been refunded for the card, and offering an alternative card for a different occasion free of charge, but is yet to receive a response. I ordered a card for my husbands birthday which was personalised to appear from our dog and it's now been over 2 weeks and I've still not received the card or even an email update to say it's been dispatched or anything at all. Not impressed.

Over all Iike happy.com. However having enjoyed your Yappy doggy Calender last year 2019, when my daughter asked me what I’dline for Christmas I asked her for the Yappy Calender 2020 to enjoy again...... I can’t tell you what a disappointment it was to find every month’s photo was exactly the sameness the previous year. !!!!!!!! I have never seen a Calender reprinted with the previous years photo. There was no warning of this at the time of ordering . I am very disappointed as is my daughter. I don’t think I will order again.

I never received my merchandise. I ordered two books as Christmas gifts for my bother and niece entitled "Where is Rocco?" and "Where is Ollie?" which were not only never received, but my money was never reimbursed. As a new home owner and a second grade teacher, my funds are limited. My attempt to contact customer service was unresolved resulting in them blocking my account because their was "suspicious activity." I am beyond disappointed in this company for their lack of resolve and respect.

I have had a look into this for you and can see you originally made contact with us 28/12 to let us know you had not received your order, I personally responded on the 30/12 to let you know your order had been marked as returned to sender due to an incomplete address and asked if you could provide an updated address. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response and as such, reached out to you a further two times once your order had arrived back at our office asking if you could please confirm your address. I can see you sent a response back to me 25/01 and I have now responded accordingly. In regards to your account, I have checked this out for you and I am afraid your account was blocked due to the excessive volume of incorrect log in attempts. I have now unblocked this for you and would advise asking for a reset password email to change your password.
