I waited 1 week for my order, the money had been taken out of my account but product not delivered. Wasnt until I emailed to find out where it was that I was told it was not in stock and I would be refunded. Refund was fairly prompt but better communication needed!

Hi Jo, Thank you for coming to leave this review for us, we really appreciate your feedback. I am really sorry to hear about the experience you have had whilst shopping with us on this occasion, it is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have. I have had a look into this a little further and whilst our system does mark items out of stock once we have sold the last one, it looks as though you and another customer have purchased the item within moments of each other and the software did not have time to update which is why you were able to check out with the item. We are usually informed straight away when an out of stock item has been ordered however, on this occasion I am afraid this was not passed over and I am really sorry about this and that you had to get in touch with us to let us know. I still have not received the Father’s Day card I ordered almost a week before Father’s Day and haven’t received a reply from the message I sent about it, will not be ordering again, very poor service!!

I placed an order a month ago. It was sent to a 'pick up' address which I did not choose and I have no idea where my order is as I went to the address and was told that they do not take orders from 3rd parties. Having spoken to Yappy.com since and I have to wait until my packet has been returned to them before they send it out again. Shockingly bad customer service. I have no idea when or if I will get the packet. A disgrace.

Keyring arrived with the image no longer stuck to the fob . All items arrived well before original suggested delivery date, good, but these were going to be Xmas present and original suggested delivery date was after Xmas so replacements bought elsewhere bad.
