“I still have not received the Father’s Day card I ordered almost a week before Father’s Day and haven’t received a reply from the message I sent about it, will not be ordering again, very poor service!!”

“I placed an order a month ago. It was sent to a 'pick up' address which I did not choose and I have no idea where my order is as I went to the address and was told that they do not take orders from 3rd parties. Having spoken to Yappy.com since and I have to wait until my packet has been returned to them before they send it out again. Shockingly bad customer service. I have no idea when or if I will get the packet. A disgrace.”

“Keyring arrived with the image no longer stuck to the fob . All items arrived well before original suggested delivery date, good, but these were going to be Xmas present and original suggested delivery date was after Xmas so replacements bought elsewhere bad.”
