I was under the impression this mug would be personalized as it says under the photo of mug PERSONALISED i did get in touch with you but you told me it wasn't so why does it say PERSONALISED

I can see you contacted our customer care team regarding this, and we did advise that the item is only personalised with your chosen icon only, and your dog's name does not feature as part of the design. We do state this within the product description on our website, and this is also illustrated by the product images on our website, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering. As the item has been tailor made for you as per the icon you have selected and colour option selected, the item is still classed as personalised even if the name does not appear. Hi Chelsea, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. I am however, sorry to hear that the bandana you have chosen was too small for your pooch. I have had a look into this for you and can see that you did pick the medium size for your dog, we do also have a large size available for this breed. On each page for our bandanas, we do include the measurements for each item along with a helpful size guide. This is so our customers can make well informed decisions when purchasing and I can only apologise if this was missed when placing your order. Can not find the dog that we are meant to be searching for. Company sent us the master plan on where is is supposed to be and we still can not find him. A total waste of money and I was not informed of any returns. Do not recommend this product

Theo the dog and Zac & Mollie who received the book loved it. According to their parents it helped while away hours of wet weather on a camping trip

I ordered a phone cover but it was broken when it arrived. They replaced it with a new one that broke after 2 days off using. Very disappointed as they phone cover did look lovely.

I was really disappointed with this product. We have a cavapoo and bought the collar and lead. The lead had pulls on it within days of normal use and the collar fits on the smallest setting but the material makes it slip so it goes bigger as she wears it so she could slip out of it so I don’t feel safe using it. Looks really nice but it was a total waste of money.

The zip did not stand up to light chewing. Was useless after about a month. Customer services said if my dog had chewed it then there was nothing they could do but suggest I buy another. No thanks.....disappointing.

Collar too wide for for a King Charles Spaniel !!!!!! Very pretty though but dog can’t wear it!

Purchased a bandanna for a dachshund thinking they would fit him, but they are more like the size to fit a golden retriever. They are huge and can not even wear it!
