Sent me the completely the wrong order. I complained. They sent me an email advising me that the correct order would be sent before Christmas Day. Just had an email from Royal Mail advising it won’t arrive til 29th Dec. Huge FAIL.

A complete rip-off. I was charged for a personalised mug but the personalisation was missed off. Then they refused to allow me to return the item. Appalling website and customer service. Misleading and overpriced.

Dont bother, the pics have come out very dark and not nearly as vibrant at the pictures on the website suggest. Waste of money

Very disappointed. Peanut butter arrived and it had leaked and dog protein bar out of date 30/11/21 these were both supposed to be Christmas gifts for my sons wee frnchie.

Scouty Mc Scoutface did not get his card in time . I was late . I made him a pan fried salmon birthday cake with kibbles larded with roasted chicken and muntjac loin sprinkles . I also put six flaming candles on top . It was very tasty Buzz his cuz and Flash his nephew loved it too ! We have not told Scout about the card but have saved it for next year , however there will be one less candle on the picture so not matching his new age . If we told Scout about it he would say you are silly company , and don’t buy anything from then again , and he would want to wee up your leg . Also he can’t read . I did however buy him a rather nice dummy for his gun dog training. He likes that and finds all the time ( we always save it for a blind retrieve ) So no thanks to you he was ok in the end ! And we’re going to moon pig net time Well doneScouty Wofff WOFFF !

The neckerchief is way to small And I feel it’s very poor quality compared to some that I have previously purchased not very impressed this time what so ever

The name on the front cover was ruined as quality check was not done and a letter had changed in to a symbol, the name was also wrong in other areas of the book

I was looking at a different Apron when I completed the order form, so dont know how I managed to get sent the wrong one.

I have had a look into this for you and can see you placed your order through our UK site and unfortunately the items you have purchased are not available in the US, and as such we were unable to ship the items to the address on the order. We did reach to you 3 days after the order was placed, to inform you of the issue and a full refund was processed straight away after you had told us you do not have an address in the UK. Loved My dogs collar unfortunately he has been wearing his collar since 30/03/2021 and already it has splits which have frayed.

The bandana i got was way too big would have fit round a elephants neck and was very cheaply made not worth the money can get way better and cheaper off Amazon

If the bandana is too long on your pooch, you can roll the top down to give a smaller fit whilst ensuring your pup is still comfortable! Ordered a card with a dog that looked like our dog, chose the colour correctly (and double checked this) and checked out. Not only did it arrive weeks after the date I needed it for, it was the wrong dog. A complete waste of time and money. I thought I'd take a risk with a business I wasn't familiar wish but won't be doing that for a while.
