Jumper didn't look as good as the image online - offered a refund but didn't have time to get another before Christmas so kept it. 2 washes and the prints coming off- not worth it.

The blanket was very poor quality and the cushion absolutely shocking , won't be ordering again from yappy

Ordered 7 days prior to needing a birthday card it arrived the day of the birthday!!!!!!😡😡😡 won’t be using again

Usually love Yappy but latest experience failed to live up to their usual standards, ordered 2 mugs for fathers day, 1 came wrong colour(no biggie) the other came completely blank,no wording and completely different dog to the 1 stored on my account, after numerous chats they agreed to send another mug in hope it would be here, checked afew days later as still not received mug, they said they'd do a new 1 again, still waiting for it,we'll given up to be honest £20 down for 2 mugs I couldn't give out

Was very disappointed my dogs name was not on the mug , it was a present for my son I didn’t check it first hand and when he opened it where the dogs name should have been remained blank , he did like it otherwise but I was disappointed

Very disappointing that you don’t ship abroad. I love the merchandise but live in The Netherlands. Please start shipping abroad as well.

When make an order you are bombarded for weeks with retail offers to your in box and despite unsubscribing they continue. Beware !

Very disappointed in my purchase of a personalised dog blanket, was not the fluffy dog blanket I was expecting but a thin piece of fabric with a name on! Would never have bought this if I had seen it in person but couldn’t return as was personalised. Would not recommend, could buy a lovely throw/blanket for a third of the price!

I love the fact you can personalise the products but my feeding mat for Florence was really disappointing. It looks great but the material used is really difficult to clean. A couple of dirty paw marks after walking on part of it to get to her water bowl and I can’t scrub them out. It’s ruined and will have to go in the bin soon 😭. I’m gutted.

I cannot give any stars for Yappy as my order dated 14 December and costing over £20 has never arrived. Customer Services do not answer my emails so I am at a loss as to what to do now.

Hi I ordered a feeding mat had it down 2 weeks back has started to crumble was told it was wear and tear after a few e mails the are making a special case and refunding my money but not return postage. Don't waste your money better made and cheaper alternatives available.

I purchased a Majestic Plush Goose Dog Toy just before Christmas, One of the wings came off on only the second occasion my small dog played with it. He has never before broken a toy. Making a complaint is very difficult. Eventually, I found a way through and was able to send my complaint to you yet a week has passed and no confirmation of having received my complaint has been sent (confirmation was requested) and, of course, there has not been a refund. Very shabby behaviour. Please deal with this quickly.

Contacted you on 7/1 /22 about the slipper toy I bought Bo for Christmas which, was chewed within an hour. May be suitable for puppies Still waiting for a reply.
