First time I had purchased a present for a dog but stuck gold when I found Yappy.com Wide range of gifts that could be personalised and delivery was spot on. Will use it again without a doubt.

I submitted a picture of my dog so an icon of him could be set up on Yappy, I was told that things were very busy so this might take a few days, I chased by email after one week, two weeks, three weeks, and was told each time that it had not been done, but someone would come back to me when it had been set up, nobody ever did, in the end I had to pick a picture that was close to what he looked like, If I hadn't already told someone this is what I was going to buy as a present, I wouldn't have bothered, very poor customer service !!!

I am sorry that we were unable to produce your request within the time frame you needed this for. Over the Christmas period we were receiving up to 100 icons per day and whilst our designers were working as hard as possible, unfortunately there was no way for us to complete every request in time for Christmas. Your icon request is still with our Design Team and as soon as it has been completed we will be sure to let you know, unfortunately we are still unable to confirm an expected completion date. Parcel took far too long to arrive. When it did the top of the bottle was loose and the contents had spilled and absorbed into the wrapping. I contacted you to ask for a replacement and never received a response. Poor customer services and response to complaints.

I bought the Where's Wally style book, but the definition of the pictures was too poor to recognise my dog. The detail could not be seen clearly enough to define my dog from around 5 different possibilities on each page. Disappointing.

Was very unhappy that the calendar I bought was exactly the same as last year apart from it said 2020 instead of 2019 so it’s fair to say I won’t be buying anything else from your site ...

Very very slow dispatch so my daughter did not get her birthday present. One item arrived but royal Mail for some reason couldn’t deliver the other one to same address. All in all a shambles

I am really sorry to hear your order did not arrive with you in time for your daughter's birthday - I have had a look into this for you and can see Royal Mail did attempt delivery 06/12 however, someone at the address did request that the delivery should not be made the given address. I can see we did speak with you about this and asked if you could speak with the recipient however, we did not hear back from you. As such, a replacement mug was sent out for you free of charge to an alternative address and this has been received. I am sorry once again that you were dissatisfied with your experience. I ordered two books, at the same time but the arrived a week apart. Took around 2/3 weeks in total. The first book came and had like sticky fingers prints on it so I complained and they sent another. Never received the refund for my postage. Customer service was awful! It’s a shame as the products are cute

Order took ages and the bandana was 10 sizes too big for a chihuahua. Never mind, he can use it as a blanket... Get the feeling that there may have been some IT problems going on.

Cheap material used for the bag with blurry ‘personalised’ print. The actual shape of the bag is not the same as in photos - avoid! Wrote and complained but did not want to spend money or time returning item.

Used the size guide but products came up too small. Contacted the company but was told they would not return or replace items only offer 10% discount if I order again.

Dear Phil Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase with us, although I am disappointed to hear you weren't entirely satisfied with your purchases. I have looked into this, and can see that you ordered two bandanas from us. Our bandanas are all made to order, and as such we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items due to the personalised nature of them. This is stated on the product pages when ordering, and this is why we provide a size guide for our customers. I waited 1 week for my order, the money had been taken out of my account but product not delivered. Wasnt until I emailed to find out where it was that I was told it was not in stock and I would be refunded. Refund was fairly prompt but better communication needed!

I have had a look into this a little further and whilst our system does mark items out of stock once we have sold the last one, it looks as though you and another customer have purchased the item within moments of each other and the software did not have time to update which is why you were able to check out with the item. We are usually informed straight away when an out of stock item has been ordered however, on this occasion I am afraid this was not passed over and I am really sorry about this and that you had to get in touch with us to let us know.
