“I bought 2 books, one for each of my children's dogs for Christmas. I don't normally do that but the books were really lovely and the reactions I got were great, well worth it. The books arrived really quickly and securely packaged. The illustrations are very good indeed. So not sure if the dogs appreciated them but the adults were delighted.”

“I was very disappointed, I ordered some personalised items for Xmas presents,I wasn't informed on ordering that there was an issue with the production line, it was only when I contacted Yappy that I was informed of this , was told that they would be here by Xmas but only received the items last Fri ! Have ordered before but will not be ordering again , should have put a message up saying may not be able to fulfill all orders before Xmas .”

“Fun easy to use website. I have now ordered 3 books from Yappy & everyone I’ve given them to has been delighted with their book. It’s a very good quality book. An unusual & personal present. I was also impressed with how quickly they came. I will definitely be using Yappy again.”

“Love the products from yappy, I have bought alot from here. Only thing I would say is that the delivery cost is high. I was 6.99 just for 2 things that were not heavy. If delivery cost came down I would definitely be buying more. Quality of the items are great.”

“Excellent site with great options and such fun ideas. Being able to match up a face to that of our dog was brilliant. We ordered a book which was personalised and the beautiful hardback came in a high-quality presentation box making the present even better for the recipient. We all loved it.”
