“Beautiful bag well made and sapphire lilly print gorgeous. I can carry her around with me everywhere brilliant and excellent Customer care and service.vbag strap could do with being a tiny bit longer length thanku and best wishes to all at yappy”

“Ordered 2 fleece sweatshirts for Xmas and a mug as a gift. Sweatshirts arrived fine . Mug was a seperate delivery and completely smashed into tiny pieces. No internal wrapping, just placed in a cardboard box with no tissue or bubble wrap. Emailed customer services as this waa a gift, asked to send out a replacement and to make sure it was well packaged. They sent out another bit same thing... no packaging. Luckily this one wasn't broken but not impressed, given I'd specifically requested it be well wrapped.”
