“The bowl look lovely however I’m very disappointed in the quality. All bowls have been hand washed and already the white on the bowl and the black silhouette have started to peel after only a week of using them”

“Ziva my Liver Curly Coated Retriever bought a Liver Curly Coated Retriever card for her Mum Tiffin. Tiffin loved the card so did her two siblings Ruby and Hettie and their cousin Pixie Rose who got a second at Crufts in the Junior birtch class. Well done girls Tiffin loves you all. “Nice items but misleading advertising...my item not personalised as stated...just a picture anybody could chose noname on product..”

Hi Belinda, I can see that the items you have ordered do not come personalised with a name, and do only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your pet's name as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their name.
