Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear your order has not been received. I can see you contacted our customer care team regarding this on 30/10/2023 and we did respond explaining that your items were not lost, and were being held with your local delivery office as Royal Mail were unable to deliver these on 24/10/2023 I have checked the tracking and can see the items are still being held at your local delivery office for collection or redelivery. “Fantastic products and easy to use website. I adored the bags I got for my three dogs and that I could put their photos on it. They are great quality and I ended up getting my sisters dogs a bag each too for Christmas. I also ordered the key rings and they are super cute too! Thoroughly recommend yappy.com for their fab ideas and quality of products.”

“Unfortunately I think the blanket is quite poor quality for £35. I ordered blankets from you in 2019/2020 for a previous pet and the blankets were great nice fleece and double layered (black underside) we used and loved these for years but it seems you have now changed to a different and poorer quality product but for even more money. So I’m afraid to say I’m disappointed and won’t be ordering again as feel this is now very over priced.”

Our new blankets are made of a lightweight fleece material, your dog will be kept cosy and warm without getting too hot, this would have been illustrated online and also advised in the product description so I do apologise if this was missed.
