“When it became evident that the carrier had lost my original order of a personalised bowl Josh was very concerned and promptly arranged for a replacement which was delivered within a couple of days. And a very good quality bowl it is too. Highly recommended for customer service and quality of product. Best wishes to all at Yappy!”
