“The products are great but sadly the personalised card took over 10 days to arrive via Royal Mail and so was not here in time Yappy were great and refunded me without issue but i was very disappointed”

“I've always found Yappy.com to be one of the nicest sites to go onto and also to buy from. If there's been an issue or problem with the order they are very good and very quick to sort it out. Nothing seems to be a problem for them. I like it that it feels like a family concern and they treat their customers and the dogs so nicely at all times. When I bought both Arthur and Buddy their bandanas I had to go for the larger size for them and will probably need to use press studs to hold them on each dog and then tie them as the smaller size is a smidgeon too tight on them. But that's fine with us. Both dogs will get them for Xmas so sssssshhhhh please. I would recommend Yappy.com to other users when others admire their bandanas and bags as I have for Arthur.”
