“Usually love Yappy but latest experience failed to live up to their usual standards, ordered 2 mugs for fathers day, 1 came wrong colour(no biggie) the other came completely blank,no wording and completely different dog to the 1 stored on my account, after numerous chats they agreed to send another mug in hope it would be here, checked afew days later as still not received mug, they said they'd do a new 1 again, still waiting for it,we'll given up to be honest £20 down for 2 mugs I couldn't give out”

“I used yappy for the first time for a few bits for our new puppy however once I saw all the amazing personalised gifts they do I bought lots of gifts for my daughter's birthday personalised with our puppy. My daughter is a big Harry potter fan so when we saw the Harry potter items I knew I had go get them with our puppy on them. I'm very impressed with Yappy and I'll definitely be buying again”
