“Sent me the completely the wrong order. I complained. They sent me an email advising me that the correct order would be sent before Christmas Day. Just had an email from Royal Mail advising it won’t arrive til 29th Dec. Huge FAIL.”

“I am so very impressed with Yappy! When my order had got got lost, due to Royal Mail, Yappy did everything they could to help even offering to send it again free of charge! When my husband opened his personalised mug he had a tear in his eye!!!”
