“I’ve had some great products from yappy However, my last order of a doormat was not very good. To say I have bought quite a number of items from them, I was not impressed with the customer service that I received and therefore I will seriously consider purchasing from them again”

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear of your disappointment with your order and with the customer service we provided. I have looked into this and can see you contacted us regarding the doormat you purchased, and whilst we do not ordinarily offer returns on our personalised items, we did offer you the opportunity to return the item on this occasion as the fault with it was noted. I can also see you advised you would not return the item to us. We do state within our terms and conditions that faulty items must be returned to us, and as such to provide further resolution we would require the faulty item to be sent back to us. “Delighted with the bag I ordered, it had a photograph of my own dog on it..Eve, this is very special to me as we lost Eve 2 weeks before I ordered the item. She was nearly 15 and had a very full life, but losing her was so very hard, now she comes on all walks with the other dogs as I carry treats and poo bags in the bag. An excellent product, as is everything I have ordered from Yappy .com and I have placed a lot of orders. A BIG thank you all for excellent products and service.”

“Good quality products. I wish if you have 2 dogs profiles registered that Yappy let you buy cards from both dogs not single ones. Otherwise I like their stuff”
