very poor customer service.
Created profile for my business, and they sent me not a 10-digit customer number, but 8-numbers one. This registration error stopped me from being visible in a search.
Tried to resolve this via customer chat - it's like talking to a wall. They were pushing me to a paid subscription and didn't want to resolve the problem they created

Avoid. Service is poor. They over charge and use Wix to create sites. We managed to create a better logo using other apps. Took 4 onboarding calls for them to create and understand the business.
Tie you in to a "contract" that you have to pay and told me I am expected to pay when Ive tried to cancel. We havent used the service and have paid a one off fee and monthly fee of over £1000!!!
