“Similar to other respondents. Shoes were too small, aware I would have to pay return fee to exchange but absolute radio silence to all emails. Really disappointed as could be excellent but really poor customer service and lies on website about returns or exchanges”

I had asked for a replacement size which were delivered, still without any communication from Yellow Mountain staff. New shoes were sent but one of the pairs was the wrong design. It seems that I now have to pay the postage to return something that was their mistake. No response to any emails or voicemails left at the number. I do not recommend you buy direct from Yellow Mountain Martial Arts!”
