Called back later that day to cancel the service and request a refund… nothing! My seller then cancelled my order and I called Yodel again for the refund and they couldn’t offer me no answers or even a confirmation email to say the order was cancelled/refunded.

To my shock they updated it that morning to say the item was returned to Vans warehouse the day before!
Vans policy is to provide a refund when this happens.

Came to collect package. Refused to take it since it was not in a box. Said he would return the next day and failed to do so. Yodel then keep revising the date for collection and not turning up on that date. This happened multiple times. Obvs they are never going to collect it. Tried to get a refund but this is refused as they are claiming it was collected

Tracking places parcel at Yodel on 6th Dec no activity since then. Wasted 6 hours yesterday and today till I finally spoke to someone who informed me the parcel is lost and told me to ring sender and get a refund. Grandson now no Christmas present as refund before Christmas doubtful. Thanks Yodel! Absolute joke!

Absolutely useless! App stated they had a parcel (my son's birthday present) on December 2nd. No updates. Attempted to use the web chat 3 times, to no avail (waited 90 minutes each time for an agent to connect). In the end, I had to cancel the present (12th December), sit £100 out-of-pocket whilst awaiting a refund, and buy the same present again.
Dreadful service. Wouldn't be surprised if they went bust at this rate.
