Beware ! They make fake deliveries. The parcel will never turn up . They took a picture of my front door but did not ring the door bell while I was inside. 3 times this happened I had to request a refund from vendor .

I contacted the Live chat again and spoke to another agent (Angela) and explained to her I needed a refund and to speak to a manager as she insisted that the code was going to work.

Ordered xbox through vinted, went into warehouse then lost. Have to wait 2 weeks for refund, ordered another and now lost with courier, have to wait 2 weeks for refund as they can't find it. Thieves!

Just upset been waiting in for four days past the delivery deadline and apparently delivery attempt today.My intercom never rang.i would have heard it . So redelivery next week now.Not holding my breath. Refund to be considered I've had enough

Utter scam company. Delivered via amazon third party. 3 attempts during the day and no alternatives to leaving with neighbour. Card stated I had to ring premium number which cost me money to be told to go on the website. Website only gave me options to collect from local office 35 miles away. Scam company. Refund requested.

ordered flowers and they didn't deliver the bottle of champagne, claiming they did and never offered a refund.

Between vendor and Yodel the worse service ever. Protracted dialogue with seller and supposed replacement lost. An additional order delayed in sending, Yodel then sent it to wrong depot. After 3 attempts was informed it was lost in system. Interestingly I cancelled order and the following day I see item was returned to sender. At least I had a refund from ETSY... Never again!!

Left food parcel exposed to the elements. Didnt leave in safe secure dry location. After 9 days of discussion with Yodels customer care team I still await a full refund or reimbursement of the products left exposed. Yodel say they have carried out their contractural requirements but clearly they have not.
