Double charged me for returns. Stated it was an error initially and to pay again and then was double charged. I then contacted their webchat 3 times without success to assist me and when I called and explained the problem the person answering the call just went silent for 1 minute and then hung up. Very unprofessional and not a service I am going to use again.

I have tried all day to contact Yodel about a return to North Face which I booked on their returns page. However the whole system is robotic... I think only the drivers are human beings.... The company make no allowances for us very mature technophobes and I will never use them again. I may have to return my item via the Post Office in the o!d fashioned way !!!!

They are late with deliveries, have missed returns collections and once tried to deliver an item and didn't know how to open a gate and just drove off. Surprisingly dreadful in comparison to other delivery companies.

I then got a phone call 2 hours later to say it was in the depot and I could go and collect it I went down to collect it and again one of the parcels had exploded in the bag but this time it was so bad everything was soaking wet from the Makeup remover water with oil in it, all the clothes are ruined and I can’t even send the stuff back due to the papers for the returns were soaked through, all of the packages were soaked through that you couldn’t even pick anything up, Yodel don’t even seem the care.

Rang the company who I arranged the returns with who gave me a reference and link which worked and the update said Yodel tried to collect at 10:37 no calling card left and no video off them turning up at my door at that time so think like most people they lie about when they turn up.

I have wasted over two hours trying to speak to someone about a returns parcel. Virtually impossible. Web chat directed me back to their tracking site. I stayed in all day yesterday for a pickup, but no one came. Upon tracking it said parcel wasn't ready. An untruth. It's impossible to speak to anyone. Frustrated at a company's arrogance and disdain for a customer.

I am trying to get Aldi returns picked up and yup they use rubbish Yodel as there courier (failed twice to pickup and all Aldi do is rearrange pickup again with these muppetts) The issue that I have experienced was: I have tried to get this returned but Aldi have failed twice to collect on the allotted day then they keep calling to do more pickups and are not addressing the fact that they are unreliable and do not pick up i have offered to drop at an Aldi the returns or send by parcel force but they dont want this they want to continuously arrange none pickups It occurred twice

30 minutes ago I took a phone call from their returns company to say that Yodel had called to collect the parcel at 10:35 and had been told by someone at the house that the parcel was not ready for collection.

Ok so now im miffed - I just want my item - !! - So the young lady on the phone tells me she'll speak to her manager and see if the item can be delivered on Saturday as agreed- She returns to tell me that yes it would be delivered on a best endeavours basis.
