Bought an item in-store despite the overly aggressive sales pitch (seriously guys dial it back a bit - it's cringeworthy) and arranged for it to be delivered "shortly" afterwards. After two weeks there was still no sign of it. I tried emailing to find my messages were read but not replied to so followed up by phone. Three phonecalls and another week later I was finally given a tracking number for the courier. The item arrived damaged (no surprise given that it was wrapped in a bin liner) and in a tattered, sun bleached box. The refund process was equally drawn out and filled with outright lies at times. It's worth mentioning that even though the parcel had apparently been with the courier for weeks, the delivery note said it was posted just a few days prior to me recieving it... funny that. Save yourself the bother and just walk past the place. I guarantee the knock-offs and factory seconds in there can be found online for much less. You're also more likely to receive your items on time and in one piece!

This shop is an absolute joke. Nothing on display or shown on line is actually in stock. They will take your money but don’t have any intention of actually ever sending you anything. I would not trust any review over 1 star for this ‘shop’.

Rude staff!!!! following me around like I had a balaclava on about the Rob the place when my partner came in rudely said to her "he is up stairs" before she even entered the door shocking!!!! Wouldn't go in there again

Even petty enough to block the landline to avoid talking to me, regarding a refund! Luckily I have 12 lines to pick from!

Travelled from west mids to purchase items from this shop today however we were met with extremely rude staff and refused entry for not wearing a mask even though I am exempt. Angry and humiliated doesn’t quite cut it. I shall be seeking legal action, 3 hour drive to be spoken to like that. Equality act 2010? Owner of this shop really needs to stop discriminating and learn the human rights act.

I visited this shop at the beginning of August 2019 and paid for a sword they had on display. They told me it wasn’t in stock in their shop, but their warehouse would post it to my home address. After countless phone calls and emails the sword has still not been delivered and they are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I think this shop is actually a scam and they don’t have any stock and just ‘fleece’ tourist who buy items at inflated prices knowing they are unlikely to visit the shop again when their item is never delivered. Avoid this shop like the plague. They will rip you off big time. Be warned.

Ordered 2 larp swords online and only received one. Every time I have called they have made excuses about stock issues even though it said online they had stock. The website is awful. When I visited the store before ordering online the staff clearly have no customer service background and didn't seem to care about making a sale. Probably too busy selling items they don't have online and not issuing refunds.

Do not buy from this company. No items received. Money taken through Paypal but not even an email acknowledgment of order. After 3 phone calls and being fobbed off each time its been escalated through paypal.

Ordered a pair of sword hangers last year from them, when they finally arrived they were the wrong style! No response to messages back then, had to escalate through Paypal - ended up me having to pay postage to send them back. In the end I kept the incorrect ones - to save me money. A year later, I thought I'd give them a second chance, ordered off their website - I also sent messages on Facebook and by email asking for them to ensure they send the correct ones this time - nicely mind you! I get 1 email back this morning (I had sent 5), telling me they were out of stock! (website didn't reflect this). And now 5 emails, 2 Facebook messages and 2 phone calls later...still no refund. Will claim through Paypal...again =(

awesome staff were very friendly and helpful and sell pretty nice things at affordable prices. things like swords to knives to mugs to armour awesome place to visit will be going back again and the shop itself looks really nice the owner of it must be proud with the building and staff ❤️❤️

Awful customer service. Manager of the store made us feel very uncomfortable. He watched us constantly as if we were about to steal something. It was like he didn't want us there. Will mot be returning until he has been replaced/ heavily disciplined

DO NOT BUY ONLINE- - I've been trying to contact regarding a refund for months, they will happily reply to my credit card company when I dispute but they cant answer me.

Today I visited the shop the stuff was kind of rude I took a sword from the display just to feel, weight it because I wanted to buy it, they took the sword from my hands immediately and told me that this is only display and don’t have any in stock and they can not sell it!
