ordered a toffee tree and a Jasmin plant, both came in extremely poor condition , paid over £60 for both (above garden Center prices)!, sent photos, return accepted, returned at post office, said they never received them (even though I have Amazon tracking number ), refuse to refund.

Order made on 9 may didnt arrived till june 3 dispite calling the company no word from them till 2nd june then on 3rd of june the box arrived i opened it only to find two dead hanging baskets ive sent the company the photos and asked for a refund of £39 still nothing !

This is the worst Garden centre that I have ever had the misfortune to do business with only had 2 different orders from this company the first order was faulty it was a double standard magnolia that failed to grow and I phoned to complain and I was refused a refund told customer service person that I would put a claim through the Small claims court which I did and got my money and the fee for the claim back
This time orders a Queen Elizabeth 2 Rose I was sent a Rambling rose complained about it and the company refund my money the person in pick and pack does not know one plant from another I have now been banned from this company they will not accept any more orders from me which I would not order from them ever again
As this company is a conn company
Send out any plant that they want and in my case I had to fight for my refund
I would not recommend this company you are better of going to your local Garden Centre at least you can see what you are getting

I was initially quite impressed by their service as I ordered the plants and they came within a reasonable length of time whereas other companies I have used before take the money for plants and then see to grow to order leading to waits measured in months
I first became somewhat dissatisfied when I tried to invoke their lifetime guarantee as one of my buddleias died.
