but to mention just a few: a) staff - totally engaged and committed to service delivery, b) bar staff - Steve is superb and an extremely attentive professional, c) the accommdation was extremely well presented and every comfort afforded, d) delicious, beautifully prepared cuisine akin to fine dining at a very high level, e) the golf - the course was immaculate, testing, provided commanding views and couldn't be faulted.

The easiest booking ever made - and given the opportunity to re-book, Your Golf Travel would receive our repeat business without a doubt. We had been booked into a twin bedroom and I requested a double as preference. Almost immediately, we received return confirmation that our preference had been met. Such a refreshing and proactive customer-provider raport - congratulations on your service delivery guys!!!

Avoid at all costs. Holiday booked April 2020 Applied for refund now declining this . TRADING STANDARDS NOW INVOLVED.

Just received a part refund after 6 months Golf break cancelled because of covid lockdown, it should have been a full refund it was booked as a package. I wish this company would offer a legal reason why they are refusing to refund people's money, and not just put the blame on Ryanair.if they are refusing to pay you then your legal fight is with them not your customers shocking customer service

had our trip for 8 cancelled for COVID19, YGT still have failed to repay as promised and uphold their legal obligation. We have used YGT many times before but never again. customer service as bad as you will see - keep away
