“First time I used this service. My query was attended to promptly and recommended actions seemed to have resolved the issue”

“This was a first time appointment and there were challenges: (a) my company had not renewed a licence so resolution was always going to be difficult (b) Your IT Department managed to invade another user's computer so couldn't fix mine. A visit to where I was working followed very quickly and all issues were resolved”
