“The staff listened and kept me calm when it is easy to get very short tempered when it comes to sorting out a computer problem. Staff got back to me promptly and the situation was resolved”

“The problem occurred when installing windows updates. A system restore was carried out but the problem re-occurred when installing the same windows updates the next day. The cause was traced to some sort of antivirus s/w which was uninstalled. Compuer has been ok since. Steve Hames Infotec”

“This query seemed a little more complex than usual, and I was pleased that the engineer took time to resolve it without keeping us waiting on the phone. We have a number of other queries along similar lines as other staff begin to work remotely and from home. I hope we can also resolve these. Many thanks.”
