“The problem was solved very quickly with no disruption”

“Call was answered promptly and without tedious queuing or menu systems. Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue remotely without delay while explaining the solution in case of re-occurence in the future. Excellent service, highly recommended. Thank you.”

“As a new starter it is always a bit of a problem getting to know how systems work. As such I had asked for timesheets to be added to my system which was done with no fuss and a daily email to advise of the status. The operative was very helpful and also messaged me to as whether it was a convenient time to do his thing. So all in all a very good service. Thank you Scott at Meller”
