I regret to inform you that my experience with ".yourcompanyformations.co.uk" has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company has proven to be fraudulent and deceitful, causing me significant financial loss and distress. I paid them £732 on 19/10/2022 to restore my company, but they not only failed to deliver on their promises but also refused to refund the amount. Communication with ".yourcompanyformations.co.uk" was initially promising. They presented themselves as a professional service specializing in company restoration. Unfortunately, their true colors were revealed soon after I made the payment. The company's lack of transparency, unresponsiveness, and failure to deliver on their commitments have left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer support, I have received no substantial assistance or resolution. They have shown complete disregard for my concerns, leaving me without any hope of recovering the money I entrusted to them. This not only reflects their fraudulent intentions but also displays a lack of integrity and accountability. It is evident that ".yourcompanyformations.co.uk" operates with the sole purpose of defrauding unsuspecting customers. They entice individuals with attractive offers and promises, but fail to deliver any meaningful results. This dishonest behavior is a clear violation of ethical business practices and undermines trust in the industry as a whole. I strongly advise anyone considering using the services of ".yourcompanyformations.co.uk" to exercise extreme caution. Do thorough research, read reviews from reliable sources, and consider alternative options before making any financial commitments. Falling victim to this company's deceitful practices can result in significant financial loss and emotional distress. However, after submitted my same review on Trustpilot company replay that i refuse to pay fine, but this is not true. below the last email they replay me on Apr 27, 2023. We are now sending this to Companies House, we should hear back within 3 weeks. "Please be aware there may be some “fines” to pay, that Companies House may apply. We do not know yet, but you must be aware of this". after that i didn't receive any email from company. if you sent any email after this mail, please post here in public.

After acquiring the initial package, for the second year they charged me double. In the package was included the mail forwarding, although I hardly have any mail at all. During that year, the only time they had to forward one mail, when this was needed, they told me I have to pay a fee. Basically they tried to charge me again for the same service, saying the service is not included in what I've paid. I got dozens of emails in which they were trying in many ways to manipulate me in order to charge me more, over the months. It was an enormous waste of time. They never apologised and accepted responsibility. Further more they ask you for a mailing address in the U.K. there is no point to get this service if you have your own address in the U.K. at the time of the renewal, because I did not want to renew, they dropped the price of service by 25%, and when I still said no, they offered an additional 3 months free service etc. which menas 50% off. So, you can see right there they are scamming you.
