As you will understand, having to face up to your financial debt is extremely embarrassing and daunting and when also suffering with severe mental health through stress and anxiety, making that first phone call is very difficult and the potential unknown outcome i found very frightening. But I was instantly put at ease with the professionalism, empathy and compassion shown from the start.
When it then came to the particular financial details needed, the swiftness and order of what they required and the help they gave to explain how to get this information from bank accounts and identify documents from my mobile banking apps etc made the whole process easy. They give you time to understand each step and the options available through short concise videos they send through to you, whilst on the same phone call. As each step was dealt with, the weight off my r shoulders lifted and the stress diminished as the time went by.
I would like to personally mention and thank that the 3 individuals I dealt with. The first was called Kelly, who answered my call and she ran through my basic situation in order to assess which specific department I required for the best outcome.
I then dealt with a woman called Leonie and then finally her colleague Katie.
The service got better and better. Then after few phone call appointments, everything was in place for me to commit to the right solution and finally a contractual plan was in place that fully respected my situation, with a fair, honest and achievable costs. All this happened within a couple of days.
I can honestly say these individuals working for the company left me calling them ‘angels’ and I whole heartedly thanked them for taking me out of the financial darkness I was in.
I’m sure that everyone who works for this company are equally brilliant and amazing and deserve this written praise.
