“Purchased a filter for my Miele T1 tumble dryer after reading another customer had experienced the same issue with the filter on the website customer reviews where the foam layers had come apart but thought would give it the benefit of the doubt.
Filter arrived & I could straight away dee through the packet the sponge layers were not joined together in places so I emailed YourSpares to request to return it for a refund. They emailed back asking for a photograph & more information which I provided but have not heard back & have now been blocked from their website! I am totally shocked if this is how customer service now works!!!”
“Purchased a handle for my Gaggia Classic coffee machine and on receipt found there was no end cap? Therefore incomplete. Asked for cap to be sent to finish the order only to be told it's sold without it. Clearly not instructed about this on the item description. Will have to send back at my own cost as rudely told "The cost the return will be down to you as this item we ordered incorrectly, we do not list this to have the end cap or show this on the listing"
So if ordering anything from this site check you are actually getting what you order. Off to get the item from a reputable shop.”
