"Purchased a filter for my Miele T1 tumble dryer after reading another customer had experienced the same issue with the filter on the website customer reviews where the foam layers had come apart but thought would give it the benefit of the doubt.\r\nFilter arrived & I could straight away dee through the packet the sponge layers were not joined together in places so I emailed YourSpares to request to return it for a refund. They emailed back asking for a photograph & more information which I provided but have not heard back & have now been blocked from their website! I am totally shocked if this is how customer service now works!!!"
