“Scammer! I ordered a rare water cooling system for over $500, Yoybuy shipped it to me twice but failed twice because they didn't ship correctly. I then opened a case with paypal. A new tracking number was given there, I got a cheap Iphone case, watch out, there is no end to cheating here.”

“I am a marketplace seller in my country. I have been buying goods from China on Yoybuy for about six months now. Each of my purchases is accompanied by only pleasant sensations. Site employees redeem goods in a timely manner. If something is wrong, then they will definitely notify you in your personal account and send a letter by mail. From the last purchase, it turned out that the weight of the parcel was less than the system calculated, and I was returned about 3 US dollars, they might not return anything, and I would not have told them anything, but they returned them to me. Because of such work with clients, I like Yoybuy. I will continue to order my goods through them, and even after reaching a certain order threshold, the commission will drop to 8%, I still have a little more to reach this threshold.”

“YoyBuy is a great site for buying chinese good quality products, if you don't understand chinese websites such as TaoBao and you don't have an address there also, you just copy-paste the page of the product that you like and YoyBuy will translate what it says and also set you the shipping from the China warehouse to wherever you want. It's awesome! 10/10”

“I use this web several times, offer a lots of options in shipping, i chose the cheaper one in each of packages, arround 10, only the first one takes 4 months to come, but yoybuy stay in comunication with me all the time, the another ones come on time, and everithing is in a perfect condition”

“Yoybuy is really making me happy). there I can get items I never becam elswhere. the customer service is very quick, kind and helpfull, and active 7 days a week. the delivery is working perfectly. you can make a pict of bought items, and you can return them, paying the local shipping.”

“I had an item that only weighed 0.8kg, and this was CONFIRMED by the SELLER as well. However, Yoybuy refused to deliver it to me unless I paid a $50 fee, because when 'they' weighed it, it was somehow 7kg. They kept lying saying that they checked on a scale that it was 7kg but refused to send proof. The seller even contacted them to confirm the weight was 0.8kg, but the seller was ignored. I already waited 8 months for the item, so I had no choice but to pay. I did eventually receive it, but it was something I ordered in March and received in November. You might be wondering why I ordered from them when I was able to contact the seller just fine. Even though I can contact them, the overseas-price of a certain figure is 4x more expensive, so it was cheaper overall to pay for proxy-shipping but pay the domestic price. Anyways dodge this trash-scam company. They add fees and lie about it even when both the seller and buyer can confirm their lies.”

“They are charging money for digital goods! mentioning that item who cost 0.96$ need pay additional 6$ to be digitally delivered. My opinion that this not okay from you guys and this considers as scam! Most of Asians have same mentality and they will scam you if that's possible! Stay away from this website and safe your money!”

“At the beginning, they were 5 stars. They were responsible for orders that were bad. That doesn't happen now. I received an order for 5 sneakers, which were not the same as the advertisement, and they offered me 1 dollar to compensate. Are you kidding correct? Now they say they are going to talk to the seller, but on their website it says "If you received a damaged parcel, found a discrepancy in the weight of the parcels, or received goods with disappearance size, color, pattern, quality, complications, or discover the loss of property, etc. - You can apply for compensation ". Compensation that they don't want to give me. Second problem, a few months ago, I asked to separate an order in 3. I didn't pay anything. Now, I ordered the same, and had to pay another 100 dollars. Since orders are paid by weight, how do I pay x on a 9 kg order and then pay 3x for 3 kg orders. IT IS THE SAME WEIGHT IN TOTAL They stole so much money. Now, I have a forgotten order in Lithuania. Their answer? The order is in your country, you can pick it up. Problem? I live in Portugal. CONCLUSION: The more money you spend on the yoybuy site, the less value they give you as a buyer. (I have more than 12,000 points accumulated on this site)”

“Do not waste your money! There are many fees that you have to pay, and you will never know how much you have to pay in advance. I paid the first time for sending the package to me, they gave me a price, then 2 days later they asked me to pay more because the first weight was not correct so i had to pay like 10 dollars for few grams difference. Here are some of the fees you that you have to pay: Product Fee International shipping Service Fee Customs Fee Insurance Fee (optional) but if your product does not arrive they will not refund you. On top of this i paid the importation fee, the amount of money i paid for the product, i could have bought three similar products if i bought it from aliexpress. It is a SCAM, you will never pay the TAOBAO price believe me. Cheers.”

“Worst experience with a shipping agent ever! Don't trust these people. They try to rip you off multiple times "item was returned from customs" need to ship seperately. Lacks service — make shipping mistakes and don't take their own responsibility but wanting more and more and more money”

“Some time ago, when I made a purchase and payment for buying in China trough YOYbuy site, two days later, they closed my account and I was worried, but then they emailed me. After a series of questions and explanations, they completed my purchase with their kindness and excellent response. And they sent it to me in the best way. Thanks to the staff YOYbuy, especially Ms. Charlie, for giving me the opportunity to buy a couple of very rare French fountain pen nibs that I have been looking for them long time and wishing to buy this nibs in China.”
